Regaining Hope

In the screaming chaos of the mind

The fates are not being very kind

I try to leave all the negatives behind

Feels if this is the way god has it designed

A gush of all the love from friends redefined

The thoughts and purpose of my life reassigned

Reminded me that I was blind

To the years in which the insecurities undermined

Reassured me my bright spirit and I unwind.
